 PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

This Payment and Refund Policy applies exclusively to the fees collected by us for the services provided through the ELRA Health application.

1.    This Payment and Refund Policy may be modified by Global Bilgisayar Kontrol Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Global Bilgisayar”), the owner of https://elrasaglik.com/ and the ELRA application.

Any changes will be updated on the website, and such amendments will apply to refunds requested after the updated version has been published on the website.

2.    The online consultation service is provided for a fee of 29 USD, and this service is not covered by any health insurance.

The online consultation service with a clinical psychologist will be provided for a fee of 49 USD, and this service will not be covered by any health insurance.

Payments shall be made via credit card or other available payment methods. Refunds are processed through the same payment channel used for the original transaction.

The date on which the refunded amount is credited to the user’s bank account depends on the financial institution that issued the user’s bank or credit card.

3.    After purchasing an online healthcare service, the user may reschedule the appointment—subject to the healthcare professional’s availability—up to two (2) times and may cancel the session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

If the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance and no new appointment is created using the promotional code provided to the user, the payment will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable.

4.    Online consultations are limited to the duration determined by the healthcare professionals.

If a consultation is interrupted for any reason, the remaining time will be credited to the user as a promotional session, but no monetary refund will be issued.

The user may use the promotional session at a later time with the same healthcare professional with whom the interruption occurred.

 

5.    If a consultation is terminated by the healthcare professional due to behavior by the user that violates the operation of the application, general rules, or public morality, no promotional code or refund will be provided for the remaining consultation time.

6.    If the consultation is abandoned by the user due to technical issues or any other reason, and 75% or more of the session duration has been completed, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

7.    The refund process begins once the user submits the Refund Form.

The Refund Form is a document prepared by Global Bilgisayar for this purpose.

To initiate the refund process, the user is required to complete and submit the Refund Form in full.
